A new semester here at Fort Lewis College means new members for the Associated Students of Fort Lewis College. Current positions including president, senators, secretary and administration assistant have been filled, but the vice president position will remain vacant until this evening, September 9.

An afternoon presentation is scheduled at Fort Lewis College at 4 p.m. in Noble Hall and a second presentation will take place at the Durango Public Library on Wednesday, at 7 p.m. Doors open at 6:45 p.m.

According to the annual statistical report published by the Colorado judicial branch for 2014 there were 458 combined driving under influence and driving while ability impaired arrests in Colorado’s 6th District. The 6th District is an area that is made up of La Plata, Montezuma and San Juan county.
