Clothes are interesting.  They help tell other people about you and your lifestyle in a few seconds. Whether you like it or not, people judge you based on what you wear.  As styles and personal taste are always changing, so are our clothes.  And who doesn’t like getting new clothes? Even though buying new threads is awesome, most college students do not have the budget to go spend tons of money at retail stores and outlet malls every time they shop.  Enter the thrift store. Brought into pop culture famous by Macklemore, thrift stores are incredibly cheap and, if you look hard enough, have some very stylish alternatives to things you would find in any retail store.  All of the outfits in these pictures are 100 percent thrift store friendly and, while some are ridiculous, a few hopefully inspire some of your outfits the next time you go thrifting.

From the Dirt

Rediscovering Durango through food, as told through the eyes (and stomach) of a hungry college student.

As the leaves begin to change, heralding the coming snows of winter, Durango comes alive, bursting with flavor everywhere you look. The boughs of fruit trees lining Durango’s streets are weighed down by apricots, peaches, apples and cherries that are plump and impossibly sweet.  Farm fields are bursting with seasonal squash, tomatoes, corn, potatoes, sunflowers and leafy greens,...
