Everyone played their games, and was open to all students. The Lan Party, hosted by Gaming Society and A+ Gaming, was held on Oct. 12 in the EBH at 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Snacks were provided to the gamers.

Levi Otten helped everyone set up for Cursed Halo, a modded version of Halo. Otten, the head officer of the event said that the LAN party went really well with the highest turnout out of all of the LAN parties so far.

Gaming society isn’t just about video games, as tabletop games are also played. Students create their own games, and bring them for others to play.

People signed in and were automatically put in a drawing for prizes, where students were drawn at random.

One of the students won a pumpkin through the raffle. “It went really well,” said Otten. “It’s always fun to hang out with your friends and it’s like a great way to relieve stress.”
